It has a beautiful cotton crochet sailor collar and the sleeves are full length with elastic set back from the edge to create a pretty frill finish. With its gathered prairie frill, you will find that this dress is perfect for twirling and dancing. This dress has deep pockets. Made with sustainable BCI cotton.
